Cup of Soup - Prepared daily in our kitchen
Fried Oysters - Six cornmeal battereed oysters served with spicy red sauce

- Three sauteed Black Bean Cakes served with     homemade salsa

Roasted Garlic - Served with toasted bruschetta

Smoked Salmon Mousse - Served with toasted bruschetta

Caesar Salad - Romaine lettuce with homemade croutons and our Caesar Dressing
Bleu Cheese Salad- Wedge of iceberg lettuce with bleu cheese dressing, bleu cheese crumbles and bacon
"Skipper" Salad - Romaine lettuce topped with Bleu Cheese crumbles and balsamic vinaigrette
Elaine's Table House Salad - Mixed greens with special additions and our House Dressing

Bruce’s Tortilla Crusted Trout - Boneless Idaho Rainbow Trout filet in a Southwest flavored corn tortilla crust, served with a cilantro cream sauce and pico de gallo
Smoked Salmon - Salmon Filets, smoked in our kitchen, served with Lemon Caper Sauce and Sauteed Swiss Chard

Wild Boar Loin- Smoked Broken Arrow Ranch Wild Boar Loin, thinly sliced, and topped with Mesquite Tequilla Sauce, sered with Roasted New Potatoes and Swiss Chard

Chicken Fried Steak - Tender Chicken Fried Sirloin served with mashed potatoes and peppery cream gravy
Filet - 8 oz. Hand cut and grilled to your order and served with Herbed Butter

Basa - Mild white fish lightly pan sautéed and served with Caper Sauce - or try it tortilla crusted
Southwest Roasted Chicken -
One-half cilantro marinated chicken, roasted, and topped with homemade pico de gallo
Pasta du Jour - Chef’s creation, varies daily
